Security Update - New Child Drop-off Instructions
Effective Monday, October 9th all outside doors of the SOUTH BUILDING (the 7th grade building) will stay locked at all times. In the mornings, the ONLY door unlocked in the South Building will be the BREEZEWAY ENTRANCE. It will be unlocked at 7:30 and locked at 8:00.
Each morning the only door unlocked in the NORTH BUILDING (the 8th grade building) will be the FRONT DOORS AND THE BREEZEWAY ENTRANCE. They will be unlocked at 7:30 and locked at 8:00. All other North Building Doors will be locked at all times.
All outside doors and gates will be locked at 8:00 each morning. After this time, ALL VISITORS and students must enter through the FRONT DOORS of the North Building. ALL VISITORS must sign in at the Office in the North Building and wear a VISITOR BADGE. If a visitor is in the building without a badge s/he will be stopped and asked to go to the North Office for a badge.
Each afternoon the entire building will be secured at 3:30. If you have a meeting with a teacher after this time, arrangements must be made to be let into the building.
You may still PICK-UP your children at the South Building Christine Street door in the afternoons.
